Female soccer players require the ability to change directions quickly. By beginning this exercise in a rapid response motion, female athletes will activate their lower half. Strap on your Kbands and begin mimicking the video as quick as possible. Next, a coach or trainer will give you the signal to turn in sprint 10 yards. After you get to the 10 yard mark, you will break down and immediately move back into the rapid response action. Repeat this for 30 or 40 seconds and take a break.
